How we use information

We use this information to send appointment reminders and confirmation requests, receive your replies, coordinate cancellation or rescheduling requests, provide assistance with appointment messages, and honor your messaging preferences.

Sharing and protection

We do not sell or share our SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

SMS consent and opt-in information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We use service providers, including messaging providers, to deliver and manage the program. They may process the information needed to provide those services on our behalf. Your choices

Text messaging is optional. You may choose phone or email contact instead. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. You may receive a final message confirming your opt-out. Opting out of messages does not itself cancel an appointment.
