SMS Terms — Doctor Flue, inc. Appointment Text Messaging

Program description

Doctor Flue, inc. offers optional text messages about your scheduled service appointments. Messages may include appointment reminders, requests to confirm the scheduled date and arrival time, and follow-up messages about appointment changes or your replies. This program is for appointment communications, not promotional messaging.

Consent and frequency

You may enroll by giving verbal consent to a Doctor Flue, inc. staff member and confirming the mobile number where you want to receive appointment texts. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing services; phone and email contact are available instead.

We generally contact you approximately four days before an appointment. Message frequency varies based on your appointments and replies. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.

Appointment replies

• Reply Y to confirm the appointment described in the message.
• Reply C to request cancellation.
• Reply R to request rescheduling.

Cancellation and rescheduling replies are requests for our scheduling staff to review. Your appointment is not canceled or changed until Doctor Flue, inc. confirms the change. For an urgent appointment change, call 800-438-3583.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time. You may receive a final message confirming your opt-out. Opting out of texting does not cancel your appointment.

Reply HELP for help, or call 800-438-3583. If you wish to receive appointment texts again after opting out, contact us for assistance with re-enrollment.

Delivery

Message delivery depends on your wireless provider and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you do not receive a response about an appointment issue, contact us by phone.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for information about the data collected and used for this program. We do not sell or share our SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
